Membership Information

Membership is available to organizations that
provide out-of-home care to children, or to organizations or
individuals who have an active interest in services to children
and families and support the mission of the Association.
|
|

events—all offered at special reduced rates for members

Membership Categories:
-
Regular –
This category is for private, not-for-profit agencies that support the general mission of the Association.
The agency must be licensed or certified to provide out-of-home residential child care in South Carolina (including group care, emergency care, foster care, adoption, and therapeutic camping).

Associate – This category is for any not-for-profit or for-profit that supports the general purpose of the Association but does not meet the eligibility requirements for regular membership.

Supporting – This category is for any public entity that supports the general purpose of the Association and has an active interest in services to children and families of South Carolina.

Foundation – This category is for any foundation not directly involved in offering or delivering services to children and/or families but with an active interest in services to children and families in South Carolina.

Corporate – This category is open to any corporation not directly involved in offering or delivering services to children and/or families but with an active interest in services to children and families in South Carolina.

Individual Associate-This category is for individuals with an active interest in children and families of South Carolina. Members in this category cannot be an employee of any organization that is a member of the Association and cannot be the owner or employee of a for-profit agency or organization serving children and families.
